Life as a State of Being [Emotions]
You Can Move From Shame @ 20 to Courage @ 200 to Love @ 500 or Not
When you can view life as a temporary state of being, then temporary emotions can help you feel more human or for lots of us, human and humane without emotions defining your identity or credibility or keeping you swirling in past memories.
There is an emotional spectrum which all humans ride on which can move from 20 - 700 by you.
Yes, you are the controller.
A controller with an emotional guide map below. As you start moving through the channels (like a radio station), you can and will start feeling like playing a human being (instrument) and not a human doing (tool) for others to play with, anymore.
Practice will help you fine tune your desired state of being after being aware of your current state of being and how you arrived there. Practice is necessary as this is a new way of being and therefore will be very awkward until it isn’t.
By you simply noticing the state or shit in your state of being, you hold the power to let it move through you by asking what shifted, where did it arrive from and is it yours?
Always check your environment, not the weather or clock, to ignite your awareness on ownership and source of the emotion before attempting to shift the shit up and out.
Awareness will be your 24/7 tool to check yourself and pausing keeps you from spreading the fire within to observing the fire.

C. Your IQ
Any answer is quantitative AND not important for navigating life.
Therefore, I offer three qualitative values to think more about:
Emotional state of being felt as it arises to avoid repression.
Seeing emotions as signals instead of something to hide.
Feeling all emotions to start enjoying the ride of life!
