You are invited to travel from the Tower of Babel to a Zen Garden in Japan for a few minutes online to enjoy more moments of #freedom (peace of mind) offline.
I've lived and learned in both places. Now, I can and will share the block and key after cohesively changing my ways from keen observations, so your place in our human potential movement can be navigated wisely … while being more enjoyable and less longer!
In the tower, 'cannot wait' thoughts and actions create an busy and endless frenzy followed by exhaustion; therefore many try to go faster or acquire better technology just to feel accomplished or done with something, but they still don’t have any extra time or leftover energy to imagine, dream up or even start a new project, overdue task and/or know where to ask for help.
In the garden, 😌 Gaman is about the ability to endure, be patient and remain calm. Gaman is a golden opportunity to practice strength within. The phone and remote control contain stop, mute, change channel, volume, tuning, source, on/ off, etc. buttons so why aren’t we choosing to ignite our internal buttons or switches based on our desired self-direction in the moment (on-demand)?!
Rushing is tiring, dizzying while chipping away at your soul and your playtime. When you choose to be silent whether for a moment or extended period of time; your choice will keep you from getting caught in rash reactivity, wild tempers or heated arguments. Being patient is an active game that is definitely not for cowards.
Think of patient as a momentary act of silence so you can catch up with your emotions and thoughts (e.t.’s);
so you don’t become a patient.
In closing, I hope you choose to become a phoenix (interesting & tall bird), and not a peacock (perfect & flashy bird), by not speaking any more cannot or hurried tower words, so you can continue walking sustainably in the garden of … I'm possible. While tending to your possibility garden please remember change is a continual shaping, learning and perfecting process; lasting change is not about a perfect outcome.
Life is a teacher, and the best teachers provide us with tests, not grades. Sometimes a guiding light can help you see your path more clearly or quickly as four eyes lend a better view than two.
In these uncertain times, I invite you to downsize, inject courage, get comfortable being alone, deep dive from confusion to clarity, build up your brand, work on your business, change your lifestyle, or join a movement to change or widen your mindset.
